1) Analyze geopolitics of Central Asia and Caucasians and the conflicts in the region in the post Soviet period.
2) Evaluate contemporary conflict potentials in the region and analyze the policies of regional actors, especially Turkey and Russia.
3) Evaluate energy resources in the region and energy politics of the dominant regional / global actors in Central Asia and Caucasians, ethnic structure, state building and economic dynamics.
4) Evaluate contemporary problems in the Central Asia.
5) Describe the history of Central Asia and analyze its current situation.
